Dr. Chibuzor Susan Igolo, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C

Dr. Chibuzor Susan Igolo, who goes by Susan, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) who has specialized in family practice for over 5 years. Dr. Igolo has worked in different health care settings such as Urgent care, occupational health, primary care, and the health department. I pride myself in taking care of patients to meet their goals, and I am dedicated to making sure my patients can manage their health and wellness journey. Dr Igolo is an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in medication management for children, young adults, adults, and seniors. With expert guidance and support. Assistance for ADHD, insomnia, OCD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation ensures a treatment plan customized to your needs.

Insurance & Fees

We accept CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, JHEHP and Maryland Medicaid for psychiatric services based on individual provider participation. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your individual insurance benefits.

Self-Pay Psychiatric Services

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation — $450
20-Minute Follow-Up — $100
30-Minute Follow-Up — $195
45-Minute Follow-Up — $275
60-Minute Follow-Up — $325

Medication Refill Request Outside of an Appointment — $65

Cancellation & No-Show Fee

Late Cancellation or No-Show — $150
